Where do you ship?
We currently ship within India only. We are not able to take international orders at the moment.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually dispatched in 1–2 days and typically arrive within 3–5 business days.
Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns or exchanges. Every piece is made by hand in small batches, so please check the photos and description carefully before ordering.
If your order arrives damaged or you have received the wrong item, message us on @zenfia.store and we will make it right.
Can I order something custom?
Often, yes. Send us a message on @zenfia.store with what you have in mind.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, cards and wallets through Razorpay, our secure payment provider. Cash on delivery is available in selected areas.
